Як засолити сало в банку – робимо заготовки!

Способів засолювання багато, як і варіантів зберігання. В одних сім’ях маринують сало в розсолі, в інших віддають перевагу сухому засолюванні. Кожна господиня віддає перевагу своєму улюбленому методу. У цьому рецепті розповім вам про варіант сухого засолювання сала в скляній банці. Такий продукт дуже зручно зберігати, коли в холодильнику все забито.

Свіже сало

Для засолювання сала сухим способом потрібно:

3,5 кг сала;
300 г солі;
чорний мелений перець (при бажанню) ;
трилітрова банка і кришка.

Отже приступимо до приготування!

Можемо також прочитати як вибирати сало, та інші корисні поради. Беремо сало, і шкірку чистимо ножем до чистого рожевого кольору. При необхідності м’яку сторону теж треба трохи відчистити. Нарізаємо сало невеликими шматочками, щоб вони пролазили в банку. Я люблю сальце прямокутниками, так влазить більше і різати менше. Нарізаємо шматочками. Перед застосуванням банку потрібно простерилізувати. У миску насипаємо сіль. Кожен шматок сала я щедро обвалюю в солі. Це добре для дезінфекції та консервації продукту. (При бажанні сало можна поперчити або додати сухі спеції). У трилітрову банку щільно укладаємо сало. Зверху в горлечко банки всипаємо ще жменю солі. Закриваємо банку кришкою, закручуємо ключем. Зберігати таку заготовку потрібно в прохолодному місці, добре підійде льох або комора. Смачного!
