Сало по-білоруські

У Білорусії сало засолюють з кмином.

Сало по-білоруські: Інгредієнти


    Часник добре потовчіть або подрібніть ножем.
    Змішайте в одній посуді часникову кашку з сіллю, перцем, коріандром і кмином.
    Потримайте цю суміш 15 хвилин, після цього натріть нею шматочки сала вагою приблизно 150 гр.
    Щільно укладіть шматочки в скляну миску, накрийте кришкою, залиште в кімнаті на 3 дні.
    Останню добу перед вживанням потримайте сало по-білоруські в холодильнику.
